1. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

3. Counter-Notification Procedure
If material you posted on the Site was removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice, and you believe this was done in error or misidentification, you may submit a written Counter-Notification to our Designated Agent containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it previously appeared.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, MVA Helpline maintains a policy of terminating access to the Site for users or partners who are deemed repeat infringers.
